Fantel Pty Ltd provides a 12-month warranty on the hardware of this product with respect to defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. The warranty, with respect to the proper performance of the product, is limited in conjunction with the other products specified on the packaging and/or the manual of Billion.

We do not cover damage of failure caused by accident, misuse, modified, faulty installation, struck by lightning, serial number has been removed or repaired contrary to the instructions given by Billion, or by others than those previously specifically designated for that purpose by Billion. The warranty does not extend to defects resulting from normal wear and tear, nor does it extend to any deviating application relating to local, regional, or national (deviation) technical or safety standards.

Warranty Claims

  1. If a fault covered by warranty occurs, the customer must first:
    a) Seek technical support by contacting Billion Support either by phone on 02 8999 0728 or online at http://au.billion.com/helpdesk/
    b) If Billion support deem the product to be faulty:
    c) Contact the us on 02 8332 3030.
  2. Any warranty claim must be accompanied by:
    a) Proof of purchase; and
    b) Full details of the alleged defect.

No warranty return will be accepted without any accompanying RMA number.

Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired.

Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
